About This Course
This hands-on course teaches participants how to respond confidently in a life-threatening emergency. Covering CPR, the use of an AED, and choking response, it equips staff with the skills to act quickly and effectively when it matters most.
What You Will Learn
- Recognise when basic life support is needed
- Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Respond to a choking emergency
- Understand the recovery position and when to use it
